Japan Higashimaru Oyster Dashi Soy Sauce 400ml
The rich taste of oysters is harmonised with two types of soy sauce to create a rich, full-flavoured soy sauce with dashi. We use 100% oyster extract from Hiroshima, Japan's largest producer of oysters, and also blend in extracts from shiitake and scallops. The delicious taste of oysters enriches the taste of cooked dishes. It is also recommended for dipping or pouring over rice with egg.
