Changed Your Mind/ Doesn't Fit/ Not What You Expected?

A full price product may be returned for shop credits only or exchanged for an equal value product – no cash refunds will be given (subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), provided that the product is still new and unused, and in its original packaging. 


Items must be returned with a copy of your receipt. 


Items must be returned to shop within 14 days from purchase instore or if shop online, within 14 days from the delivery date (date will be shown on tracking page). 


You'll need to cover the cost of returning the product to us, or you can bring the product back to our store.   We can then organise a replacement or a credit.


If the product is damaged during transit or incorrect at no fault of the buyer, we are obligated to remedy.


If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact us to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s.


We will take action within a reasonable time (within a month from date of purchase) to correct any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our attention. 


Sale Items  

Sale items are not returnable, and non refundable.


Faulty/Display Items  

For faulty items we will meet all of our obligations under the Fair Trading Act.
