Standard Delivery - New Zealand Only
We offer FREE shipping within Auckland on all orders over NZ $88 and free shipping to other areas on orders over NZ $150.
Terms & Conditions:
- This free shipping offer applies to standard shipping only. It excludes rural, express, and overnight shipping.
- Items that exceed 20kg, are oversized or are classified as bulk will not qualify for this offer (specific details will be listed on the product title).
- For shipping outside Auckland urban areas, including for orders containing nappies, please contact us for a shipping quote.
- The free shipping offer will automatically apply during checkout if the order qualifies.
Christmas Delivery:
To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:
- By 17th December: Likely to arrive before Christmas.
- 18th-20th December: May arrive in time for Christmas.
- 21st-24th December: Likely to arrive after Boxing Day.
Rural addresses may take an additional 1-3 working days.
Delivery Costs for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:
- Auckland: $5.00
- North Island: $8.50
- South Island: $9.50
- Rural Delivery: Please add $4.50
For extra bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you if this is the case.
General Shipping Information:
- All orders are sent via Fastway Couriers or Courier Post with a "no signature required" policy.
- Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery from receipt of payment. For rural delivery, please add an extra 3 days.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
